Our clients from Florida, United States runs a Salt Therapy Business, and prior to us stepping in, they had a fairly jumbled intake system that took a lot of manual activities that they didn't have to. Not to mention that they were working with ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, and a myriad of other platforms.

We came and straightened their intake process, making sure that duplicate submissions don't end up creating duplicate deals, and that based on their answers on the intake form the contact would land on the right list and get sent the right emails.
Not only this, but we also helped improve their lead scoring system using automated processes, and helped them synchronize the data from multiple platforms so that they were always updated.

We had a client that had a business helping boat owners sell their boats, as well as help boat buyers find the boat of their dreams. They were working mainly with five platforms: Kajabi, ActiveCampaign, Pipedrive, Facebook Lead Ads and Zapier; and it was safe to assume that their data was all over the place.

We helped them get their data synchronized, and set up intake systems in place so only relevant contacts go into Pipedrive for the salespeople to contact. We also made sure that anyone signing up for their courses would get the right emails, and if they didn't need to get an email they would skip the action even if they were inside the automation already.
They didn't use a CRM, but we were able to automate their process anyway

This client of ours from California ran a product management training system, and was not using any CRM or email marketing platform to engage with their customers/clients.

No problem. Using Zapier, we integrated Gmail, Google Sheets, Calendly and Stripe together so any new customers they got that booked a meeting would get the right email and get a survey sent to them one hour after their meeting ended.
They needed a chatbot for Whatsapp, so we built them one

Using Infusionsoft (now Keap Max Classic), we set up various automations that would take care of the intake and nurture sequences, as well as post-purchase sequences that would encourage them to upgrade to other services.
